Abstract
Migraine is the most prevalent multidisciplinary and multifactorial neurologic disorder which is manifested by recurrent headache attack. Conditional findings indicate that nutritional deficiencies especially the deficiency of Vitamin B12 could be an influence on the pathophysiology of migraine through neurological functioning and the conversion of homocysteine. According to a recent literature, vitamin D deficiency has a potential role to play in the incidence and severity of migraines and related processes of inflammation in migraine pathogenesis. Conversely, the preservation of electric potential of the neurons is one of the principal purposes of Mg. Consequently, neurological complications may result from magnesium deficiency; headache is a symptom of the long-COVID syndrome. Symptoms of this syndrome include fatigue, insomnia, cognitive dysfunction, and headache. The terms "post-COVID headache" and "persistent headache after COVID-19" refer to any chronic headache that is temporally associated with a confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection. The World Health Organisation (WHO) defines post-COVID-19 conditions as those that "occur in individuals with a history of confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection, usually 3 months from the onset of COVID-19, with symptoms that last for at least 2 months." The present review U -Writing identifies the variability of processing of immunologic implications of headache and its cause which occurs as a sequel of COVID-19 as well as the neurological disease of migraine and immunological process of same. To sum up, the activation of inflammatory cytokines and cytokine release storm are hypothesized to have an upper hand in the reason number one of the causes of the post Covid-19 headache and migraine; even though, much research is to be undertaken in order to be able to dictate the effects on the occurrence of the phenomenon in the head of human beings, to include which of many effects could have been involved with headache occurrence in the humans.
